The editorial ``Keeping each other warm'' (Feb. 28) seems incomplete.
I agree that the EnergyShare program is very helpful to those who need financial help for heating, and Virginia Power deserves credit for its efforts. But Commonwealth Gas Services offers a similar program called HeatShare. I thought the programs were related; that the donations collected by either would be shared to help those in need. Evidently they are not, according to your editorial. Perhaps they should be.
