Sylvia Faye England, 56, of the 1000 block of Longridge Road, died March 9, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. England was born in Norfolk and attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Manning England; four daughters, Tanya Pendercraft of Portsmouth, Nina Mario of Washington, Tovie Seman of Freeport, Ill., and Tersa Douglas of Missouri; three sons, Daniel L. England and Randy W. England, both of Chesapeake, and Robert A. England of Moyock, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel, by the Rev. Robert Pittman. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
