Larry Eugene Outten, 49, died March 12, 1996, at a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Outten, a native of Norfolk, was the retired owner of Wall Coverings by Larry.
Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Outten; two sons, Jarod Outten and Larry Outten; two sisters, Carol A. Thorne and Betty L. Wilkie; and two brothers, William Alex Outten and Richard Elwood Outten.
The funeral will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, is in charge.
