William H. ``Sonny Boy'' Elliott Jr., of the 900 block of Atlantis Drive, died March 11, 1996. He was a native of Princess Anne County.
He is survived by a daughter, Lillian Allen of Virginia Beach; four stepdaughters; two sons, William H. Elliott III and Lestselle Elliott, both of Virginia Beach; one stepson; mother, Lillian C. Mosley of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Dorothy Elliott, Doris Richardson, and Mary L. Knox, all of Virginia Beach; two brothers, John T. Elliott and Pernell Elliott, both of Virginia Beach; 22 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Charles Williams Sr. in Community Funeral Chapel, Virginia Beach. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
