Robert Dalmon Turner, 80, died, Thursday, March 13, 1996 at his residence.
Mr. Turner was born in Elizabeth City, N.C., and was the son of the late Roscoe W. and Alvina Covert Turner.
He is survived by his wife, Mary H. Turner; two daughters, Marguerite Clous of Norfolk, and Jo Ann Wallace of Wilmington, N.C.; three sons, Robert B. Turner of Norfolk, Richard W. Turner of Eden Prairie, Minn. and Robert D. Turner Jr. of Summerfield, Fla.; two sisters, Alvina Temple and Ruby Dorman, both of Ridgecrest, Calif.; and a brother, Rodney Turner of Provo, Utah; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday at 1 p.m. A visitation for family and friends will be todayfrom 7 to 8 p.m. in Twiford Funeral Home, Ghent Chapel, Norfolk.
