Louise N. Keatley, 67, of the 3000 block of E. Old Gun Road, formerly of Norfolk, died March 15, 1996, in her residence.
She was a homemaker and also taught school in Talcott, W.Va., and in Norfolk. She was co-owner of WXGI Radio in Richmond. She was retired. She was a a native of Neponset, W.Va., and a member of Salisbury Presbyterian Church in Midlothian, Va. She was a former member of First Presbyterian Church of Norfolk.
She is survived by her husband, J. Kyke Keatley Sr.; two daughters, Lisa K. Ray of Manteo, N.C., and Dawn K. Rowley of Norfolk; son, Jay Dyke Keatley Jr. of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Marie Monroe of Morganton, N.C., and Nancy N. Folds of Norfolk; and seven grandchildren, Rachel Ray, Katherine, Marshall, Sarah, and Hannah Rowley, Kelsey and Katie Keatley.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by the Rev. Jon Regen and the Rev. J.J. Hill in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk, Chapel, is in charge. The family will receive friends in the funeral home today night 7 to 8 p.m.
