Moses ``Cheng'' Burden, of the 1100 block of Meads Road, died March 13, 1996, in DePaul Hospital.
He was a produce manager and a native of Roxbel, N.C. He was a member of Abundant Word of Life United Holiness Church.
He is survived by three daughters, Mozetta Burden, Valerie Burden and Marrida Burden, all of Baltimore; two sons, Kelvin Burden of Baltimore, Tony Burden of California; sister, Isabella Green of Norfolk; three brothers, Thomas N. Burden, Willie Burden, both of Norfolk, Lester Burden of Marlboro, Md.; and 20 grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday by Elder Josephine Williams in Abundant Word of Life United Holiness Church. Burial is in Olive Branch Cemetery, Portsmouth. The remains will be ready for viewing today at 3:30 p.m. The family will assemble at the residence at 10 a.m. for the procession. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home is in charge.
