Lacy E. Cash, 85, a homemaker, died March 18, 1996.
Born in Nelson County, Va., she was a Peninsula resident for 55 years. She was a member of Hampton Roads Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Cash, and a daughter, Barbara Bradshaw.
Mrs. Cash is survived by two sons, Harry Cash of Newport News and Bill Cash of Hampton; two daughters, Irene Shipp of Norfolk and Mary Melton of Union County, W.Va.; two sisters, Alice Babish and Katie Campbell, both of Amhurst County, Va.; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted in Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. John E. Sowell. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park in Hampton. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
