Charles Henry Rank, 64, of the 5000 block of Andover Road, died March 17, 1996.
He was a financial manager for Commseablant. Mr. Rank was a native of Middletown, Pa., and had retired from the U.S. Navy as a chief petty officer in 1969 after 20 years of service. He was a veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam wars.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie M. Rank; mother, Sara W. Rank of Middletown; and brother, Raymond W. Rank of Middletown.
A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel.
