MAE B. WADE

Mae Belle Wade, 73, of the 3400 block of Port Chambers Court, died March 21, 1996, at Maryview Hospital.

Mrs. Wade, the widow of Horace Wade Sr., was a native of Jacksonville, N.C. She was a member of Centennial Baptist Church, Portsmouth.

Survivors include two sons, Glenn Wade, Horace Wade Jr.; three sisters, Nancy Jones, Mettie Pharr, Hazel Mattis; two brothers, Wilbur Pickett and Linwood Pickett; two grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Sylvia Wade.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Centennial Baptist Church by the Rev. Robert Addison. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The family will be at Fisher Funeral Home from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
