NORFOLK - Mattie E. Winborne, 81, of the 800 block of Wolcott Ave., died March 25, 1996, in her residence.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Queen Street Baptist Church, Norfolk. The family will assemble with friends at Metropolitan Funeral Service on Friday from 6 to 7 p.m.
