Lillie Mae Spivey, 73, of the 2600 block of Hemple St., died March 26, 1996 in Chesapeake.
She retired after 20 years of employment with American Tobbacco Factory Company. She was born in Princess Anne County and was a member of Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of Apostolic Faith.
She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Spivey of Chesapeake; two daughters, Evelyn Holloway of Virginia Beach and Ernestine Billups of Chesapeake; one son-in-law, Elder Lee E. Billups of Chesapeake; one brother, Curlee Overton of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral will be noon Saturday by Bishop B.J. Gatlin in Center of Love Church of God in Christ. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake in charge of arrangements.
