LARRY O. WENGER

Larry Owen Wenger, 52, of the 700 block of Victor Road, passed away with family and loved ones at his side on March 29, 1996, in Virginia Beach.

He was born in Princess Anne County and was a loyal employee of the U.S. Postal Service for 28 years. He attended Great Neck Baptist Church and was a U.S. Marine veteran. He was a beloved husband, dedicated father and Papa. He has touched many lives and will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanine Wenger; two daughters and their husbands, Missy and Craig Burns, Sherri Marie and Bill Frank, all of Virginia Beach; son, Randy Wenger of Virginia Beach; four sisters, Norma Spangler of Seattle, Wash., Betty Van Nostrand of Virginia Beach, Mary Lou Flory of Portsmouth, Peggy Sattlethight of Virginia Beach; four brothers, Buck Wenger of Charlottesville, Donald Wenger, Clarence Wenger and Lonnie Wenger, all of Virginia Beach; and granddaughter, Candace J. Burns.

A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Bill Kincaid in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
