Jerry Bunch Rayner, 37, of the 1200 block of Hull St., died March 28, 1996, in Chesapeake.
Mr. Rayner was born in Norfolk and was a self-employed contractor. He was a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include his stepmother, Jean Rayner of Chesapeake; a sister, Judy DeBellis of Bellevue, Wash.; and a niece, Tamara Newbourne of Everett, Wash.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Roger Mardis in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the South Norfolk Baptist Church Building Fund.
