Dorothy Deroos Dail, 71, of the 1900 block of Robert Hall Blvd., died April 15, 1996, in Norfolk.
She was retired from the Retail Merchants Association. She was a native of Chicago and the widow of Clayton Edward Dail. She was a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda A. Dail of Virginia Beach; son, Thomas S. Dail of Chesapeake; three grandchildren, Olivia Dail, Laura Dail, Tommy Dail; and great-grandchild, Jacob Dail.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday by the Rev. Roger Mardis in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home Chapel, Chesapeake. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m. Burial is in Colonial Grove Memorial Park, Virginia Beach.
