On Monday, Crystal Ricks' 3-year-old daughter, Taylor, was killed by
a stray bullet during a shoot-out in Norfolk's Berkley neighborhood.
On Wednesday, Ricks, left, was overcome with emotion during a
candlelight vigil for Taylor attended by about 300 people in front
of her home. "It means a whole lot, knowing that there's so much
love here," Ricks said. A fund has been set up in Taylor's honor.
