Conner James McGrath, 6 month-old infant, of the 1200 block of Hillside Ave., died April 9, 1996, in a Chesapeake hospital. He was a native of Norfolk and lifelong resident of Chesapeake
He is survived by his parents, Felicia Fay Neel McGrath and Shawn Thomas McGrath, both of Chesapeake; sister, Shannon McGrath of Chesapeake; brother, Andrew McGrath of Chesapeake; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William J. Floody Jr. of Beauford, N.C.; paternal grandparents, John and Janet McGrath of Hartwick, N.Y.; maternal great-grandparents, Beva Fay of New York and Roger Fay of Connecticut; and a paternal great-grandmother, Marion Williams of Hartwick.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, by the Rev. Chip Roberson. Burial is private and at a later date. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters or Chesapeake Fire and EMS Department in Conner McGrath's name.
