Mary Hannah Naus, 57, of Melbourne Beach, Fla., and formerly of Severna Park, Md., died April 10, 1996.
She was a native of Charleston, S.C., and was a United Methodist. Mrs. Naus was a loving wife and mother, a qualified Garden Club judge, dog handler and shower. She also was a financial planner and counselor. She was an avid sailor and coastal cruiser.
She is survived by her husband, Capt. U.S.C.G. (Ret.) David A. Naus of Melbourne Beach, Fla.; daughter, Susan N. Douglas of Raleigh, N.C.; three sons, Jeffery A. Naus of San Manteo, Calif., Stephan A. Naus of Severna Park, Md., and Richard E. Naus of Columbia, Md.; mother, Catherine Hanna of Norfolk; brother, George E. Hanna of Tavernier, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Kristi and Kimberly Douglas, both of Raleigh.
The burial will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge.
