Albert Charles Harris, 80, of the 2500 block of Blueberry Bank, died April 20, 1996, at a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Harris, a retired administrative assistant, worked for the Mobil Oil Co. for 20 years. He was a Baptist and a native of Brooklyn, N.Y.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Harris; a daughter, Diane D. McKee of Chesapeake; four grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; sister-in-law, Vivian Harris of Arlington, Va.; nephew, Dr. Don Harris of Sommerset, N.Y.; and a great-nephew, William Goff of Brooklyn.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday by Maurice Brinkley at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. ILLUSTRATION: Personal photo
