Halina Sternlicht, 77, of the 1700 block of North River Road, died April 22, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Sternlicht was a native of Poland, and a survivor of the Warsaw Ghetto.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Ludwig Sternlicht of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Klara Kuperschmidt of New York, N.Y., and Sima Neuman of Tel Aviv, Israel; a brother, Mendel Kaswin of Florida; four grandchildren, Nachama Yosifa, Aliza Yehudit, Hillel Zvi and Naomi Masada.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m., today at B'Nai Israel Cemetery by Rabbi Yosef Friedman. The family will be at 1733 North River Road, Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to B'Nai Israel Synagogue. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
