Kevin Paul Straub, 38, of the 6700 block of Burbage Lake Circle, died Thursday, April 25, 1996, in Portsmouth.
He was a native of Christopher, Ill., and the son of Melville James and Clorine M. Straub, both of Christopher. He was formerly employed as a graphic artist at Southern Atlantic Label. Mr. Straub was a member of New Life Metropolitan Community Church, Norfolk.
He is survived by his partner, Douglas L. Bey; brother, Carl Straub and his wife, Barbara of Centerville, Va.; three nieces and a nephew; and many friends and family.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel, by the Rev. Carol Wier. Entombment is in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. Contributions can be made to New Life Metropolitan Community Church.
