Lois Miller Turner, 76, of the 900 block of Rowland Ave., died April 26, 1996.
Mrs. Turner, the widow of Jesse Beamon Turner, was a native of South Norfolk. She attended Great Bridge Church of Christ, Chesapeake.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Simmons of Chesapeake; two sons, Beamon Lee Turner and Jesse Dean Turner, both of Chesapeake; two sisters, Millie Padon of Chesapeake and Goldie Hay of North Carolina; three brothers, Claxton Miller of Ahoskie and Dewey Miller and Herbert Miller, both of Chesapeake; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by pastor Allen Byers. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today, and at the residence at all other times.
