HONORS, AWARDS
Timothy B. Robertson, chief executive officer and president of International Family Entertainment Inc., received the 1996 American Broadcast Pioneer award from the National Association of Broadcasters.
The Pioneer award was given in recognition of Robertson's longtime active involvement in the industry. He was president of the Christian Broadcast Network when he became president and CEO of IFE. IFE is a publicly-owned company whose holdings include The Family Channel, MTM Entertainment, FiT TV and Family Channel de las Americas y FiT TV.
