Workers for the Department of Transportation right a boom truck that

overturned in high winds during an attempt to pick up a pontoon

workfloat on the old Wright Memorial Bridge Monday. The operator

suffered a mangled hand, bridge maintenance supervisor Bobby Spence

said.
