William M. ``Billy'' Winstead, 42, of the 1800 block of Farragut Ave., died May 11, 1996, in a local hospital. He was a native of Norfolk.
He is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Winstead of Norfolk; two sons, Michael L. Winstead and Kevin M. Winstead, both of Norfolk; mother, Virginia Winstead; sister, Phylis Winstead of Norfolk; brother, Garrett Winstead of Asbury Park, N.J.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hale Funeral Home, Inc. Family and friends will assemble at 10:45 a.m. at the cemetery. Burial is in Riverside Memorial Park.
