Nell Berneath Creekmore died Friday, May 10, 1996, in her home.
Survivors include a brother, Linwood T. Smith Jr.; a sister, Harriett Grimstead; a daughter, Kathleen Cahoon; a son, Timothy Creekmore; a granddaughter, Glynna Cahoon and a great-granddaughter, Katie Cahoon.
A memorial service will be held 9 a.m. Monday, in the Church of the Resurrection, Cedar Lane, Chesapeake. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the King Daughter Hospital in the name of Nell B. Creekmore.
