Lillian Grudzinski, 76, of Woodstock, and formerly of Connecticut and Virginia Beach, passed away Sunday at the Susan B. Miller Nursing Home in Woodstock.
Mrs. Grudzinski was born Feb. 16, 1920, in London, the daughter of the late Violet Hillman. She was a veteran of World War II, serving as a truck driver for the Royal Air Force. She had worked as an insurance clerk for Travelers Insurance Co. in Hartford, Conn., and Bayside Hospital, Virginia Beach. She was married to the late Frank Grudzinski.
Mrs. Grudzinski is survived by two sons, Philip Grudzinski and Stanley Grudzinski, both of Front Royal, Va.; two grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; a great-grandson; and a step-great-grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 321, Woodstock, Va. 22664. A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date in Hillside Cemetery in East Hartford, Conn. Dellinger Funeral Home, Woodstock, is in charge.
