DISTRICT A

Breaking and entering, 6000 block Crittenden Road, April 23, someone discovered that a Toshiba 27-inch TV/VCR and an Emerson VCR had been removed. A porch window may have been the entry point.

Breaking and entering, 6000 block Bradford Drive, May 4, someone entered a residence through a front windown and removed $50 from the pocket of a pair of jeans. They were later found outside.

Breaking and entering, 5600 block Nathaniel Street, May 6, someone entered a residence through a side window. A Sega Genesis video game, two Sega six-button controllers and nine Sega game cartridges were removed.

Lost/stolen, 3500 block Bridge Road, May 8, a city sticker was reported missing from a vehicle.

DISTRICT C

Petty larceny, East Constance Road, May 2, a city sticker was removed from a car parked at a cemetery.

Breaking and entering, 400 block Smith Street, May 6, using an outdoor grill as a ladder, someone cut the screen of a bathroom window to enter a residence.

Petty larceny, 600 block First Avenue, May 6, someone removed 30-day tags from a vehicle parked in a yard.

Lost/stolen, 100 block Wellons Street, May 6, someone removed the front license plate from a vehicle in a garage.

Grand larceny, 2000 block North Main Street, May 7, someone removed three five-lug Snowflake style Pontiac wheels from a vehicle parked inside a compound.

DISTRICT D

Grand larceny, 100 block Forest Oak Lane, April 23, someone broke the left rear window of a car and removed an Acoustic 733 stereo.

Grand larceny, 1000 block Nansemond Parkway, April 23, someone entered an unsecured residence and removed a RCA VCR.

Strong arm robbery, 100 block East Washington Street, April 25, a woman was attempting to get into her vehicle when three men approached and took her purse. The purse, which had a gold medallion on the front and gold handles, contained credit cards and cash.

Breaking and entering, 400 block Spruce Street, April 25, a woman who was watching a hospitalized friend's house discovered that the rear window had been broken. A television had been removed.

Motor vehicle theft, 300 block Bullock Street, May 3, someone discovered a silver, 4-door, 88 Honda Accord missing.

Breaking and entering, 300 block Finney Avenue, May 4, someone entered a residence by forcing open the back door. Several items were moved around, and $16 was removed from a desk drawer.

Breaking and entering, 100 block Philhower Drive, someone entered a business by placing a ladder against the building to gain access to a skylight on the roof. Change was removed from the office register.

Breaking and entering, 300 block North 5th Street, May 6, someone entered a residence through an improperly secured door and removed items valued at about $2,674. They included a Sony 110 watt A/V receiver, a stereo mixer, a Technic 1200 turntable and assorted cassette tapes.

Lost/stolen, 1400 block Blythewood Lane, May 7, a Virginia license plate was lost or removed from a vehicle.

DISTRICT E

Grand larceny, 5200 block Holland Road, May 6, someone removed a yellow, 86 Ford 2810 tractor from a parking site.

Lost/stolen, 7700 block Harvest Drive, May 6, someone removed a front license plate from a vehicle. by CNB
