Barbara ``Bobbie'' Ennis, 62, died May 27, 1996, at N.A.M. Hospital, Nassawadox.
Mrs. Ennis was born in Norfolk and raised in Exmore. She was the daughter of the late Alvin Andrews and Mildred A. Harker. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Ames Ennis Sr.; a daughter, Susan Ann E. McQuaid of Virginia Beach; a son, Joseph Ames Ennis Jr. of Chesapeake; a sister, Margaret Rose Poe of Culpepper, Va.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. Tammy Estep in Belle Haven Cemetery. Doughty Funeral Home, Exmore, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Mrs. Benjamin Mears, Eastville, Va. 23347.
