Silky Soulman R. Kelly, who serenaded an enthusiastic crowd a few months ago at Hampton Coliseum, returns to Hampton Roads for a July 12 concert at the Virginia Beach Amphitheater.
``Down Low (Nobody Has to Know),'' Kelly's collaboration with Ronald Isley, is the No. 10 single on Billboard's R&B charts. Joining him in Virginia Beach are veteran rapper LL Cool J and Xscape, who back MC Lyte on the current ``Keep On, Keepin' On.''
