President Clinton was afraid for his family's safety when the federal building was bombed; when an airplane crashed on the White House grounds; and when a man when on a shooting spree at the White House. All those events happened more than a year ago.
I remember touring Washington, D.C. The highlight of the tour was seeing the glorious White House where the president of the United States stays. Now the tour cannot go in front of the White House; it is blocked off by cement barriers. Tourists come from all over the United States and the world to see the White House. The bus tour is the most convenient way for people to see the White House.
I would like to see the barriers removed.
