Marion David Savin, 79, died Thursday, May 30, in a Greensboro hospital. He was a native of Elizabeth City, N.C., son of the late Milton C. and Indiana Rhodes Savin.
He is survived by two sons, Mitchell Dean Savin of Greensboro, and Ronald David Savin of Boch Raton, Fla.; a brother, Willard Savin of Elizabeth City; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greensboro. Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home in Greensboro, is in charge of arrangements.
