Helen Ensor Plympton, 85, widow of Norman Frederick Plympton Sr., died May 30, 1996, in DePaul Medical Center.
Mrs. Plympton was born in Glencove, Md., and later moved to the Tidewater area. She was a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman F. Plympton Sr.; her parents, George W. and Effie Pearl Ensor; three brothers, Claud W., George W. and Carvel Ensor; two sisters, Minnie C. Ensor and Buelah Marie Salhoff.
She is survived by her son, Norman ``Freddie'' Plympton Jr.; three brothers, Melvin S. Ensor of Fairfield, Calif., Lewis Clayton Ensor of Tustin, Calif., and William Linwood Ensor of Wauconda, Ill.; five sisters, Janet A. Ensor of Baltimore, Maud L. Jenkins of Baldwin, Md., Rebecca May Ensor of Baltimore, Hilda G. Dash of Glendale, Ariz., and Hazel O. Costen of Baltimore.
Friends are invited to attend a graveside service to will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, by the Rev. Warren Chapman. Altmeyer Funeral Home is in charge.
