Salem's Tiffany Purham, to win the girls 100-meter dash finals

Saturday with a time of 12.04 seconds. Cutchin also won the 200 and

ran a leg of the 4x100 relay victory.

feet, 1 inch.

A competitor in the boys shot put finals uncorks a throw Friday.

West Springfield won the boys competition with 50 points. Green Run

was the top area team placing fifth with 28 points. Centreville won

the girls meet with 62 points, 16 more than runner-up Bayside.
