The Niagara, a replica of the brigantine on which Oliver Hazard

Perry became a Navy legend in the War of 1812, appears in Friday's

Parade of Sail for Harborfest in Norfolk. The smaller boats hold

crew members from the Niagara helping the large ship to maneuver

itself into the docking area.
