DAVID M. WRIGHT

David Morgan Wright, 42, died suddenly Saturday, June 8, 1996, in the Memorial Hospital of Salem County, Mannington Township.

Born in Kinston, N.C., he was the son of Frances K. Wright of Machipongo, Va., and the late Joseph Tuley Wright Jr. and the grandson of the late USMC Capt. and Mrs. Francis Kane and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Tuley Wright Sr., all of Norfolk. Mr. Wright graduated from London Central High School, London, and attended Sir John Cass College of Arts of London Polytechnic and the California Institute of Arts. An artist and fine art screen printer, he had been employed with Ed Tech, an educational development consultants firm in Camden, N.J. He had also taught at the Fetters School in Camden and had owned and operated Flying Fish Graphics, which he founded two years ago.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Valjean Clark Wright; a son, Steven Keller Wright at the home; two sisters, Anne Hamilton of Royersford, Pa., Barbara Wright of Key West, Fla.; and a brother, Joseph Tuley Wright of Baltimore, Md. He was predeceased by another brother, Stephen Wright.

An oceanside service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Saturday in Avalon by the Rev. John Kimball. The family suggests those who wish to make contributions in Mr. Wright's memory to the Society to Protect Animals, Route 40, Carneys Point, N.J. 08069.
