Approved, 9-0.Acknowledgment of rezoning application from Department of Public Works for a conventional zoning reclassification of 57.5 acres located on Albemarle Drive. Approved, 9-0.Acknowledgment of rezoning application from J. Gregory Dodd for the zoning reclassification of 1.52 acre site at 1612 Shipyard Road. Approved, 9-0.Acknowledgment of rezoning application from James E. Baylor for the zoning reclassification of 100 acres at 693 S. George Washington Highway. Approved, 9-0.Request of refunds of assessed taxes to various businesses. Approved, 9-0.
