Joseph A. House, 74, of the 3700 block of Bedford Lane, died June 15, 1996, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Mr. House was born in Norfolk and was retired from civil service at the Naval Air Rework Facility, Norfolk, after 37 years.
Survivors include his wife, Dorcas N. House; two daughters, Diana L. Cook and Mary E. House, both of Pennsylvania; two sons, Joseph S. House and Gregory J. House, both of Pennsylvania; a sister, Mary West of Mechanicsville, Va.; and seven grandchildren.
Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
