REKISS THE MONEY GOODBYE

Considering the fact the money for Goals 2000 derives from taxpayer money, Virginia will suffer from Gov. George Allen's refusal to allow the commonwealth to accept it. Because of strings attached, don't we all have to answer for our behavior and be held accountable?

Citizens of the commonwealth (kingdom) are ruled by a governor (king). Perhaps the words accountability and directive are the key to the governor's refusal.

We all have to account for the money we make and the money we pay to the government - on our yearly tax forms. Why doesn't the governor want to?

Citizens of the commonwealth should beware: The king will up our taxes to make up for the loss.
