Katie Bryant Robinson, 87, of the 1300 block of Porter St., died June 21, 1996.
Mrs. Robinson, a homemaker, was the widow of Mr. Stacy Robinson. She was predeceased by a son, Charles R. Thornton.
Survivors include a daughter, Clara Anderson of Vermilion, Ohio; two sons, Carl E. Thorton of Vermilion and James M. Thornton of Chesapeake; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Dunn, N.C. Skinner Funeral Home is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, today from 4 to 5 p.m.
