Helen H. Adams, 78, died June 21, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Adams, a homemaker, was the widow of Cecil C. Adams. She was a native of Alexandria, Va., and a Protestant.
Survivors include a son, John C. Adams of Norfolk; two sisters, Irene Graham of Falls Church, Va., and Dottie Shanholtz of Montross, Va.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Francis Collins in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, today from 6 to 8 p.m.
