NEIL YOUNG, after three decades still one of the most acclaimed and influential figures in rock 'n' roll, will bring his longtime supporting band Crazy Horse to the Virginia Beach Amphitheater on Aug. 15.

Always a prolific artist, Young has stayed especially busy lately. ``Sleeps With Angels,'' inspired by the death of Nirvana's Kurt Cobain, was released 1994. Last year's ``Mirror Ball,'' recorded with Pearl Jam, finished on many Top 10 lists. His new album, ``Broken Arrow,'' will be released July 2.
