Six Virginia business people were presented with the Entrepreneur Of The Year awards at a banquet at the Richmond Marriott.
The recognition is based on those individuals who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success through innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. An independent panel of judges selected the award recipients from 23 finalists.
The recipients were: Patrick G. Duffeler, president of the Williamsburg Winery Limited in Williamsburg; Charles H. Foster, chairman and chief executive officer with Lawyers Title Insurance Corp. in Richmond; Deborah J. Johnson, president of Care Advantage Inc. in Richmond; Edward L. McCoy Jr., president of Eaheart Industrial Service Inc. in Lynchburg; Kelly O'Keefe, president of O'Keefe Marketing in Richmond, and John D. Whitlock, president of The Whitlock Group in Richmond.
