Police are seeking help with these cases:
VIRGINIA BEACH
A young man robbed the Movie Time store in the 1800 block of Kempsville Road at Centerville Turnpike on June 26.
About 2:30 p.m., he held a customer and a store employee at gunpoint and demanded money. He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He was last seen running into the neighborhood behind the shopping center.
The man is described as Asian, with light skin, in his late teens, 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a thin build. He had short black hair and was wearing a baseball cap, a gray short-sleeve shirt and dark pants.
Two men stole clothing from the Sneaker Stadium store on Phoenix Drive near Lynnhaven Parkway about 8 p.m. May 26.
They assaulted a store security officer, then fled.
The men are described as black, in their 20s, with short hair.
One had a goatee. The other was wearing a black T-shirt with a large ``X'' on the front.
CHESAPEAKE
A large amount of cigarettes and alcohol have been stolen from three South Norfolk 7-Eleven stores in the past three weeks.
The stores were at Bainbridge Boulevard and Chesapeake Avenue, Bainbridge Boulevard and Freeman Avenue, and Military Highway and Campostella Road. Each has been hit more than seven times.
The suspect, in his 30s, is described as black with a medium complexion, about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
He was seen wearing dark clothing and a Nike baseball cap. He may live in the Bainbridge Boulevard area and is believed to go by the name ``Hammer.''
SUFFOLK
Seventy-five tires were stolen July 8 from Performance Tire Co. in the 700 block of N. Main St.
The suspects broke in by cutting a gate lock. They then stole a variety of used tires from a storage area.
This is the second time the store has been robbed, with considerable losses.
HAMPTON
Fertitta's Restaurant in the first block of W. Mercury Blvd. was robbed on June 16. About 7:45 a.m., a man approached the counter, implied he had a weapon and demanded money from a clerk.
He was last seen running from the business.
The man is described as black, 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 150 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
