BROTHERS SHOT TO DEATH: Two brothers were found shot to death in an apartment in Park Place on Monday morning, police said.
Homicide detectives were investigating the deaths of Clarence W. Delk, 17, and James D. Delk, 21, Monday. Both men lived in the 300 block of W. 30th St., where their bodies were found about 12:40 a.m.
