Ida M. Freeman, 74, of the 3600 block of Pierce St., died July 25, 1996, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter, Carrie Terrell and son-in-law, William Terrell, of Portsmouth; goddaughter, Edith Word; six grandchildren, Harry Elliott of Blackstone, Va., Calvin, Eric and Martin Terrell, all of Portsmouth, Michael Terrell of Virginia Beach, and Teresa Terrell Morris of Chesapeake; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; four nieces and other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday by Dr. William S. Hampton in Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge. The family will be at the residence. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
