Frances B. Lilley, 70, of Coffman Blvd., died Sunday, July 28, 1996, in her residence.
A native of Ivor, Va., she was a member of Westhaven Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, William George Lilley; a daughter, Marsha L. Davis of Portsmouth; two sisters, Lottie Vick of Suffolk and Ruth David of Fort Myers Beach, Fla.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 31, 1996, in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. W. Thomas Wood. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial donations may be made to the Westhaven Baptist Church.
