John Joseph Fenton, 32, died July 26, 1996, in his residence.
A native of Potsdam, N.Y., Mr. Fenton was Catholic.
Survivors include a son, Jacob Allen Fenton of Virginia Beach; his mother, Lois Waite of Virginia Beach; his stepfather, Sidney Waite of Virginia Beach; six sisters, Valerie, Bonnie, Jeanne, Christine, Denise and Cindy; several nieces and nephews; and his maternal grandmother, Sophia DeMarco of Long Island, N.Y.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, 1996, in Rosewood Memorial Park by Fr. Edward L. Richardson. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
