Gussie L. Wilson, 84, of the 5100 block of Pughsville Road, died Aug. 1, 1996.
She was the widow of Moses M. Wilson. She was a lifetime member of New Hope Baptist Church, Pughsville, Suffolk, where she was involved in the senior citizens club and Pastor's Relations.
Survivors include two daughters, Elsie M. Brown, Mitsy Davis; a son, Calvin Earl Davis; a brother, Wilbert Davis Sr.; and a granddaughter, LaDonya Brown. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in New Hope Baptist Church, Pughsville, Suffolk, by Dr. Melvin O. Marriner Sr. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Fisher Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. The family will be at the residence.
