Winnie F. Hall, 92, formerly of the 5500 block of Cavalier Road, died Aug. 4, 1996, in James River Convalescent Home.
A native of Gloucester County, Va., he was the widower of Clemmie Belvin Hall. He retired from civil service at the Norfolk Naval Base after 47 years and was a charter member of Nansemond River Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Virginia H. Jones and husband, Claude, of Newport News; two sons, Kenneth Hall and wife, Lillian, of Richmond and Thomas Hall and wife, Marjorie, of Jacksonville, Fla.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are pending with Loving Funeral Home, Churchland.
